Colin Cowherd recently revealed why he’s not currently on TV, and the reason involves a very serious medical situation.
The Fox Sports star hasn’t been on “The Herd” this week, and he revealed Tuesday night that he had a blood clot in his right lung. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)
After suffering severe pain Saturday night, Cowherd was immediately rushed to the hospital. You can watch him explain the situation below.

Luckily, it sounds like Cowherd is going to be okay. Judging from the video he shared, it’s a scary situation, but it’s a situation that’s under control.
Obviously, whenever you start talking about dealing with a blood clot or any other serious medical issue, things can quickly get a bit unnerving.

However, he also appears to be in very high spirits, judging from a Wednesday tweet about Charles Barkley giving him a call.
