Baltimore is one of the most dangerous cities in the country, marked in places by piles of trash, abandoned homes, drugs and high crime rates.
The Daily Caller’s Caity McDuffee headed over to the streets of West Baltimore to meet up with former Maryland District 7 candidate Kim Klacik to get the answer to this question: Who broke Baltimore ?
“We were here, you know my opponent, no other elected officials come here and actually see the devastation, and so when they pass all these policies they don’t realize how it is affecting or they don’t really care how it is affecting the individuals who live here,” Klacik said.

“Just imagine being a kid and growing up where you see the balloons, and you know exactly what that means, you know that a person was shot and killed,” Klacik told the Caller.
