Darren Rovell recently dropped one of the stupidest tweets you’ll ever see.

Twitter user @FEveritte16 tweeted a photo of his dad’s baseball card collection and wrote, “Going through some things from dads collection… No idea where to even start.” (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

Rovell’s response when he was tagged? He tweeted back, “Pretty much all junk.”

I don’t know why, but I found Rovell’s response to be incredibly funny. It shouldn’t be funny and it’s an insane thing to tweet, but it just is.

If some poor guy is tweeting out photos of his dead father’s card collection, then maybe just don’t say anything at all if you don’t have something nice to say.

Don’t tell him that his deceased father’s cards are all worthless.

The thing is that I’m sure Rovell saw literally nothing wrong with his tweet. In fact, he probably thought he was doing the guy a favor by saving him some time instead of looking through cards.

Next time, just log off for the day instead of telling someone that their father’s possessions are “junk.”
