Musician Demi Lovato claimed one of her ex-boyfriends took her virginity by raping her in her upcoming docuseries, “Dancing With The Devil.”

“We were hooking up, but I said, ‘Hey this is not going any further. I’m a virgin and I don’t want to lose it this way,'” Lovato recalled during the docuseries, USWeekly reported. “And that didn’t matter to them, they did it anyways. I internalized it. I told myself it was my fault because I still went in the room with him. I still hooked up with him.” (RELATED: Demi Lovato Reveals Her Former Assistant Found The Singer Naked And ‘Completely Blue’ After Overdose)

“I didn’t have the romantic first time with anybody,” Lovato added, according to the outlet. “That was not it for me, and that sucked, then I had to see that person all the time. So, I stopped eating and coped in other ways — cutting, throwing up, whatever. My bulimia got so bad that I started throwing up blood for the first time.”

Lovato claimed she told somebody about what happened to her, but the ex-boyfriend never faced any consequences.

The “Sorry Not Sorry” singer also opened up about being sexually assaulted by her drug dealer on the night of her overdose that left her with “brain damage.”

“It wasn’t until maybe a month after my overdose that I realized, ‘Hey, you weren’t in any state of mind to make a consensual decision,'” Lovato said, as previously reported. “That kind of trauma doesn’t go away overnight.”

Lovato spent two weeks recovering in the hospital before she went straight to rehab.
