The man, who sources shared was in his 50s or 60s, was then pronounced dead at the scene. The outlet reported the show was in its final day of production.

A rep for Werner Entertainment released a statement about the person’s death.

“With heavy hearts we regret to confirm that a member of our technical crew suffered a fatal medical event today,” the statement read. “He was a much loved member of The Conners and Roseanne families for over 25 years.”

“As we remember our beloved colleague, we ask that you respect the privacy of his family and loved ones as they begin their grieving process,” the statement added.

The “Roseanne” show was on the air from 1988-2018. In fall 2018, the show came back and was renamed “The Conners” after the original show was canceled following Roseanne Barr’s racist tweet about Valerie Jarrett.
