Critical race theory has found a home in almost all facets of the American education system, including K-12 schools, as well as in many large corporations and government agencies.

Now that it has become a significant part of school curriculums and job training seminars across the country, it is important to examine what critical race theory is and where it comes from. Critical race theory holds that America is fundamentally racist, yet it teaches people to view every social interaction and person in terms of race. Its adherents pursue “antiracism” through the end of merit, objective truth and the adoption of race-based policies.
