Tim Tebow joining the Jacksonville Jaguars sounds like it’s a very real possibility.
Shock waves were sent through the NFL when it was reported prior to the draft that the Florida Heisman winner had worked out as a tight end for his former coach Urban Meyer. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)
The team didn’t sign Tebow at the time, but it’s apparently still a very real option.
Update on a former first-round pick: Tim Tebow recently worked out for the #Jaguars, source said, and there has been at least some discussion of him signing. Oh, and he’s a tight end now.

According to Peter King, the Jaguars inking Tebow to a deal “could happen,” and the decision to do it will likely come after the rookie mini-camp being held this weekend.

As a betting man, I’d bet that we see Tebow with the Jaguars for at least part of the preseason. Urban Meyer loves Tebow.
The man played quarterback for him with the Gators, won the Heisman and is a college football legend.
Now, he’s trying to make a comeback in the NFL as a tight end. If there’s anyone who will give him a shot, it’s Urban Meyer.
For years, Tim Tebow resisted a shift to tight end. Now at 33 years old, Tebow could return to his hometown team. https://t.co/LuZRijFJfN

Trust me, NFL fans would love to see what Tebow as a tight end looks like just for the hell of it. Crazier thing have happened. We might as well see!
