Footage captured a woman brutally beating a mother in a Little Caesar’s restaurant in Georgia on Monday, while bystanders did nothing to help the victim.

Brittany Kennedy allegedly grabbed the mother, Emily Broadwater, by the hair and repeatedly bashed her head before dragging her outside the restaurant, according to a police report from the Richmond County Sheriff’s office. The video also shows a little girl walking toward the victim as a bystander shouts for someone to move the child away.

At the end of the attack, Broadwater cried “My baby, my baby,” while her face was covered in blood.

One of the deputies responding to the scene attempted to track Kennedy without success, according to the report. Kennedy is still at large and wanted for battery.

The deputy who responded to the incident said surveillance footage shows Kennedy pulling Broadwater’s seat from underneath her shortly after entering the restaurant before beating her.

Broadwater suffered from a black eye, a large laceration on her lip, and several cuts and bruises on her face, neck and head, according to the report. (RELATED: Man Seen Beating Police Officer With American Flag At Capitol Called For ‘Death’ To ‘Treasonous’ Lawmakers)

“I observed that the victim had a swollen and black left eye. Her bottom lip had a large laceration on the inside and was severely swollen. She had a large knot on her forehead, and multiple cuts on her head, face and neck,” the deputy wrote in the report.

Broadwater refused to be taken to the hospital and was treated at the scene, according to the deputy.

Little Caesars’ Director of Communications Jill Proctor issued a statement to WJBF on Tuesday, saying that the safety of their customers is a top priority. She also advised that crew members immediately call law enforcement when a customer is in danger.

“The safety of our crew members and customers is the most important thing to us. In any case where a customer or employee is in danger, we advise our crew members to call the police immediately,” the statement said.

Broadwater told authorities that she plans to prosecute and has been advised on how to obtain a copy of the police report.
