Anheuser-Busch announced Wednesday it is teaming up with the White House to encourage Americans to get vaccinated by July 4.

If America reaches Biden’s vaccination goal by July 4, the brewing company will buy “America’s next round of beer,” according to a press release.

“This commitment includes encouraging Americans to get vaccinated, and we are excited to buy Americans 21+ a round of beer when we reach the White House goal,” Michel Doukeris, CEO of Anheuser-Busch, said. “We pride ourselves on stepping up both in times of need and in times of great celebration, and the past year has been no different. As we look ahead to brighter days with renewed optimism, we are proud to work alongside the White House to make a meaningful impact for our country, our communities and our consumers.” (RELATED: Biden Issues Dark Warning For Unvaccinated Americans)

President Joe Biden claimed May 4 that his new goal is to administer at least one dose of the coronavirus vaccine to 70% of the U.S. adult population, and to have 160 million Americans fully vaccinated by July 4.

At least 135 million American adults are fully vaccinated as of June 2 and roughly 62% have received at least one dose of the vaccine, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Now this is a good way to get Americans vaccinated. Americans love alcohol. Drinking increased by 14% from 2019 to 2020, according to a recent study.

What better way to encourage Americans to get vaccinated than to dangle a seltzer or beer in front of their face?
