Tom Brady’s newest endorsement deal with Subway might raise some eyebrows.
According to ProFootballTalk, Sports Business Journal reported that the seven-time Super Bowl champion has reached an endorsement deal with the sandwich chain, despite never even visiting one.
Today in Terry Lefton’s SBJ Marketing: After becoming an #NFL corporate sponsor last year, @SUBWAY is adding Tom Brady to its list of athlete endorsers, and sources say a TV ad featuring Brady, sans product, is filmed and ready to debut later this month.https://t.co/hQ4OVmK70n pic.twitter.com/yqZ991Yhvt

Is there anyone on the planet who thinks the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback would ever eat Subway? The guy is a health nut.
Being super focused on what you eat and shoving down a Subway sandwich don’t exactly go hand-in-hand. In fact, they’re damn near polar opposites.
I’m not sure any health freak would suggest consuming a bunch of carbs and lunch meat. That’s just not going to happen.

Yet, if the money is good, then Brady is all about it! I don’t blame him for chasing his money, but I’m just not sure anyone is going to buy him as the face of Subway.
A company that produces healthy drinks would probably be more accurate.

I can’t wait to see what his ads look like. I’m sure they’ll be hilarious.
