Man Who Was Shot By Texas Father Charged After Allegedly Peeping On 10-Year-Old Girl Through Window

Court documents show a Houston man who touched himself outside a 10-year-old girl’s window is facing multiple charges, Fox 26 reported.

Authorities said the girl’s father shot Ramos the morning of June 28 at a gas station located at the 15400 block of W. Little York Road, according to Fox 26.

Court documents state the incident started at their house located nearby the gas station, according to Fox 26. The girl told her father a man was tapping on her window and touching himself, according to Fox 26. The girl told authorities she heard the tapping, felt as if she was being watched, went to the window, and then saw the man staring at her, Fox 26 reported.

Documents state the parents grabbed their handguns and told the man outside to wait for the police, according to Fox 26. As the man walked away, the parents followed him to the gas station, Fox 26 reported. The wife held the man while the husband told the clerk to call 911, according to Fox 26.

The man grabbed the handgun and tried firing it at the wife, but it was on safety, according to Fox 26. The husband shot the man three times before he was taken to the hospital, Fox 26 reported.
