Wisconsin is favored to beat Penn State to open the season, but oddsmakers think it might be close.

According to the latest odds from South Point in Las Vegas, the line is at -5 in favor of the Badgers against the Nittany Lions. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

As I’ve said several times going into the 2021 season, Wisconsin is getting a ton of attention ahead of games starting.

It’s almost a bit too much attention for my liking. I prefer flying under the radar, but being favored over PSU is the latest sign that we’re being taken very seriously.

The Nittany Lions had a poor season in 2020, but it’d be very foolish to count them out. James Franklin is a very solid coach, they have tons of talent. I 100% expect them to be competitive in 2021.

However, I don’t think they’ll be a match at all for the Badgers. I think we’re going to kick the snot out of them.
