Conor McGregor is doing his best to convince people he was injured before UFC 264.

After the fact, McGregor claimed that he entered the fight with multiple stress fractures in his leg and UFC officials knew it.
“I had stress fractures in my leg going into that cage. It was debated about pulling the thing out.”

Late Thursday night, McGregor tweeted several photos that show his leg and ankle being examined and iced.

McGregor is really going out of his way to convince people that he was hurt going into the fight. He’s not letting this issue go.
Maybe he was. Maybe he wasn’t. It makes no real difference at this point. Even before he got hurt, Poirier was destroying him.
He just seems desperate at this point.
Conor McGregor’s career is over. He’s won one fight in nearly five years.
At this point, he sells tickets and PPVs, but he just can’t win anymore. Shame to see it end like this.

We might never know the entire truth, but I still find it very hard to believe Dana White would risk Conor McGregor’s health. I find it borderline impossible to believe.
