Democratic New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is resigning amid a sexual harassment scandal, but his likely escape from prosecution and impeachment is a blatant example of the kind of corruption Cuomo got away with during his 10 years as governor.

Cuomo announced Tuesday he will resign in two weeks after a report from New York Attorney General Letitia James found he sexually harassed 11 women. But the governor did not take responsibility for his actions and refused to admit any wrongdoing in his resignation, instead blaming a changing culture and political maneuvering.
