Paul Pierce has no regrets about his split from ESPN.

The legendary Boston Celtics player parted ways with the network after he shared an Instagram video appearing to show him partying with women barely wearing anything at all. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

For those of you who haven’t seen the video, you can watch it here.

In a Sports Illustrated profile, it was revealed that the video was streamed “after a little too much drinking and smoking” with the strippers.

Does Paul have any regrets about the situation that led to him leaving ESPN? Not at all. He told SI, “I was done with them, anyway. It wasn’t a great fit. There’s a lot of stuff over there that you can’t say. And you have to talk about LeBron all the time.”

He further added, “Come on, I didn’t do anything illegal. These motherf**ckers in the Hall of Fame, some did [cocaine], f**king battery. What the f**k did I do? I was just having a good time. All the people coming after me, half you motherf**ckers do the same sh*t. You’re just hiding it. And you all are married while you’re doing it. I’m divorced. I’m retired. I’m having fun.”

Honestly, Pierce has nothing to apologize for. Like he said, he wasn’t doing anything illegal and he wasn’t hurting anyone.

Should he have livestreamed himself partying with strippers? Probably not, but that doesn’t mean he broke the law.

It just means he likes to party!

If ESPN was going to censor what he could and couldn’t talk about, then it probably wasn’t a great situation to begin with.

Now, he’s on his own and free to do whatever he wants. It certainly sounds like an environment he’ll flourish in!

Sometimes, you just have to spread your wings and fly! Pierce learned that firsthand and he seems fine with it!
