Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce thinks LeBron James would have dominated in the NFL.

It’s well-known that the four-time NBA champion was also a stud on the basketball court before he decided to hang up his cleats to focus on the sport that made him famous. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

However, the Chiefs TE thinks King James would have been just fine if he stuck with playing football.

“One thousand percent, man…He’d probably be the LeBron James of the NFL instead of the LeBron James of the NBA,” Kelce said when talking about how LeBron would have done if he stuck to football when appear on J.J. Redick’s podcast, according to BroBible.

No matter what you think about LeBron James as a basketball player or a person, it’s hard to argue that he wouldn’t have been dominant in the NFL.

He’s a physical freak of nature, can jump higher than just about anyone in the NFL and he is a massive person.

In the red zone, he probably would have been impossible to guard. He’s just as athletic as Calvin Johnson, but substantially larger.

Defenses already couldn’t stop Megatron. LeBron would have been a similar nightmare.

Unfortunately, we’ll never know for sure because LeBron chose to pursue basketball, which seemed to work out well for him. After all, the Lakers star has four rings and has made a ton of money. I’d say it worked out just fine!
