Brett Favre has some very high praise for Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow.

The Bengals are currently 5-2, and Burrow has been balling out through seven games after getting hurt last season. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

Well, the man famous for winning a Super Bowl with the Packers thinks the former LSU star has a bright future.

“I think sky’s the limit for this guy,” Favre explained during an appearance on SiriusXM NFL Radio. You can listen to his full comments below.

It’s hard to disagree with Favre’s comments. In his very short time in the NFL, Joe Burrow has looked like a hell of a quarterback, and he’s injected serious life into the Bengals.

The man has played even better than the expectations placed on him, despite the fact he suffered a serious knee injury in 2020.

Through seven games, it doesn’t look like he has any rust on him at all. It looks like he healed up and improved.

If he continues on this trajectory, he’s going have an incredible NFL career, and whenever a guy like Favre is praising you, you’re doing something right.

It’s going to be a ton of fun to see what he does the remainder of the season with the Bengals. Something tells me that he’s not going to slow down.
