According to ShowBuzzDaily.com, the game averaged just under 9.3 million viewers on Fox as Mel Tucker and company took care of business.

To put it as simply as possible, it was a monster game for Fox and college football in general.

It’s not a mystery why this game was such a big deal for the fans. Both teams were fighting for playoff position, both entered the day undefeated and both had a legit shot at winning the B1G title.

With stakes that high, people were bound to tune in and tune in at a very high rate.

Now, Michigan State is still in prime position but Michigan needs some help if they want to be in the playoff. This is why we play the game, gentlemen.

It’s been an incredible season of college football, and I 100% expect us to continue to see big numbers the rest of the way.
