DAILY CALLER VIDEO DIRECTOR RICHIE MCGINNISS — KEY EYEWITNESS — TESTIFIES IN RITTENHOUSE TRIAL… ‘He Said F**k You’: Daily Caller Reporter Testifies About What He Saw During Rittenhouse Shooting (VIDEO)

A Daily Caller reporter who recorded video in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the night Kyle Rittenhouse allegedly shot three people testified on Thursday that Joseph Rosenbaum chased and lunged at the teenager before he fired his gun.

Richard McGinniss, chief video director for the Daily Caller, witnessed Rittenhouse‘s shooting of Jason Rosenbaum on Aug. 25, 2020. During McGinniss’ testimony, Kenosha County Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger pressed him to admit that he could not know Rosenbaum’s intentions that night.

“Well, he said f**k you and then he reached for the weapon,” McGinniss responded. McGinniss reenacted how Rosenbaum went after the gun, crouching and lunging forward with both arms from the stand.

It appeared Rosenbaum “was grabbing for the front portion” of Rittenhouse’s weapon before the latter fired the gun four times, McGinniss testified. McGinniss brought Rosenbaum to the hospital after he was shot, where he was confirmed dead.

THE TRUTH IS COMING OUT, 5 YEARS TOO LATE… ANDREW MCCARTHY: Arrest illustrates how the Steele dossier was a political dirty trick orchestrated by Hillary Clinton

Special counsel John Durham’s indictment of Igor Danchenko, the principal source for the bogus Steele dossier used by the FBI as a basis for the Trump-Russia investigation, further illustrates that Durham has his sights set on the Clinton campaign.

Danchenko has been charged with five counts of lying to the FBI in interviews during 2017, as the bureau struggled in futility to verify outlandish allegations that Donald Trump and his campaign were clandestine agents of the Kremlin. Those allegations were compiled in the so-called Steele dossier, which the FBI relied on in obtaining surveillance warrants from a secret federal court.

The dossier was generated by the Clinton campaign. Its principal author was former British spy Christopher Steele. Steele’s main source was Danchenko, a Russian native based in the United States who worked at the Brookings Institution — a Washington think tank whose former president, Strobe Talbott, is a college friend of Bill Clinton’s who worked in the Clinton State Department. […]

It appears that Durham theorizes that the Trump-Russia collusion narrative was a political attack manufactured by the Clinton campaign. Relying on Danchenko, Steele compiled the reports for Glenn Simpson, co-founder of intelligence firm Fusion-GPS, which specializes in digging up political dirt. Fusion-GPS was retained for the Trump project by Perkins-Coie, the Clinton campaign’s law firm.

WASHINGTON — House Democrats are scrambling to line up the votes needed to push through a $1.85 trillion social safety net, climate and tax bill, as moderate Democrats, spooked by Tuesday’s electoral drubbing, have raised concerns about the cost and details of the rapidly evolving plan.

Late Thursday night, Democratic leaders postponed a vote on the measure to Friday, when they also hoped to clear a Senate-passed $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill for President Biden’s signature. A senior aide who disclosed the update on the condition of anonymity said they were confident they could complete the measures by Friday.

Speaker Nancy Pelosi of California had previously privately told her top deputies that she had hoped to hold a vote on the social policy bill on Thursday night, with the vote on the infrastructure measure Friday morning, according to two people briefed on the discussions.

But even after Mr. Biden and members of his cabinet worked the phones and Ms. Pelosi and her team spent much of Thursday buttonholing lawmakers on the House floor, the votes proved elusive. […]

Yet final sticking points continued to crop up throughout the day. Working to appease Democrats who wanted the bill to grant a pathway to citizenship for millions of undocumented people, leaders included a compromise proposal to instead give them work permits and protection from deportation, a status that would eventually allow the immigrants access to some federal benefits. […]

[N]egotiators were still going over […] a push led by Northeastern Democrats to raise a $10,000 cap on how much people can deduct in state and local taxes. Late Thursday, a $72,500 deduction cap over 10 years that lawmakers thought had been agreed to was changed to $80,000 over nine years, with an assumed return to $10,000 in the 10th year, which ostensibly raises $14 billion for the bill’s bottom line.

DEMS TUCK ANOTHER AMNESTY INTO MASSIVE SPENDING PACKAGE… CIS: House Committee Sneaks ‘Parole’ Amnesty into Reconciliation Bill

On November 3, the House Rules Committee published its version (known in legislative parlance as a “chairman’s mark”) of H.R. 5376, the massive “reconciliation” bill that progressives in Congress have been pushing for months. It is a sneaky piece of work that would grant de facto amnesty to millions of aliens and threaten the national security and communities across the United States. […]

[…] Senate Democrats were having a third go at the parliamentarian on amnesty, proposing the extension of “a temporary status, parole, to an unspecified number of (presumably millions) of illegals”. (This approach is sometimes called Plan C, since the first two attempts at inserting an amnesty in the bill were rejected by the parliamentarian.) She has not decided whether that is permitted under the strict reconciliation rules yet, but as this proposal shows, House Democrats are pushing ahead, anyway. […]

Parole is a very limited immigration authority Congress has extended to the executive branch. Under section 212(d)(5) of the INA, it enables DHS to allow aliens into the United States temporarily, without formally admitting them, but “only on a case-by-case basis for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit”. […]

[Congress] wants to extend parole to all aliens who entered the United States — legally or illegally — prior to January 1, 2011. Tightening prior amnesty proposals, aliens who are removable under the criminal, national security, smuggling, draft-dodging, polygamy, international child abduction, and unlawful voter grounds of inadmissibility in section 212 of the INA would not be eligible for this massive amnesty.

The proposal would, however, grant those aliens work authorization (and thus Social Security numbers), allow them to travel abroad, and exempt them from the standards for issuing driver’s licenses in the REAL ID Act.

Grants of parole would be good for five years, renewable for another five-year period.

Don’t Democrats want to raise taxes on the rich? We seem to recall this—correct us if we’re wrong—but then how are they going to explain their expansion of the state-and-local tax deduction for largely affluent taxpayers in mainly Democratic states?

We realize that last point answers the question. This is a giant political payoff to House Democrats from New York, New Jersey, Illinois and California so they vote for the Sanders-Pelosi $4 trillion tax and spending bill. As a raw exercise in political and economic hypocrisy, this is one for the ages. […]

The SALT benefit accrues mainly to the affluent. Almost all benefits would go to taxpayers in the top 20% of the income scale. The Penn Wharton modelers estimate that only 9% of taxpayers in the bottom 80% of tax filers would get a tax cut. But some 83% of taxpayers in the top 0.1%—folks making more than $2.5 million—would get one, averaging $16,195.

WH INSISTS SPENDING PLAN WILL COST ‘ZERO DOLLARS’ — BUT DODGES ON ANALYSIS… White House Dodges Calls For Cost Analysis Of Biden’s Spending Plan (VIDEO)

“Some House Democrats have demanded that the legislation receive an official cost analysis before the House takes it up for a vote. Does the White House think it’s wise to move forward with a vote before members have a firm understanding of what’s in it and how it will be paid for?” a reporter asked.

“First of all, the president has been very clear —He wants to get this moving — there’s an urgency, [and] members of both chambers have been very clear about getting this done,” Jean-Pierre responded.

“The Build Back Better Act is paid for by having big corporations and the wealthiest taxpayers pay their fair share,” she continued. “The Treasury posted a blog this morning detailing estimates from the administration and the Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT) … where it released the topline of what it’s gonna look like.”

The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) has not released an official analysis of what Biden’s multi-trillion-dollar spending plan would cost in the long run.

Biden and numerous other White House officials have repeatedly claimed that his spending plan “costs zero dollars” thanks to the pay-fors included in the bill. Watchdog organizations have disagreed, however. The Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget found that Biden’s agenda will require the U.S. to borrow roughly $2.4 trillion, while the tax hikes included in the bill would only cover for $1.1 trillion.

Small Businesses Nationwide Sue Biden Administration Over Vaccine Mandate

Details of President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for businesses with at least 100 employees were announced Thursday, and numerous business leaders and interest groups across the country are already gearing up for a legal battle.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued rules which will require unvaccinated workers to begin wearing masks Dec. 5 and to provide negative COVID-19 tests if they are not vaccinated by the deadline of Jan. 4, 2022. 84 million employees across the country will be affected by the rule, administration officials said.

Job Creators Network (JCN), America’s leading advocacy organization for small businesses, filed suit in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit to block the implementation of the testing and vaccination mandate. The plaintiffs include the Rabine Group of Companies, Lawrence Transportation Company, Guy Chemical Company and Independent Bakers Association.

“The Biden Administration’s vaccine mandate is clearly illegal and will have a devastating impact on our small business community and our entire economy. JCN is suing the Administration on the grounds that OSHA does not have the authority to impose such a mandate,” JCN president and CEO Alfredo Ortiz said. “Even if OSHA did have the power, there is neither the grave danger nor necessity to issue such a sweeping regulation.”

ELITES MOCK RISING COSTS… NYT, Political Commentators Mock Middle Class Family Who’s Paying More For Milk Thanks To Inflation

The New York Times and liberal commentators mocked a middle class family that spends high sums of money on milk as a result of inflation via Twitter Thursday.

Larry and Krista Stotler, a married couple from Texas, told CNN correspondent Evan McMorris-Santoro that inflation has burdened their large family when it comes to buying groceries. Krista said the rise of dairy prices has caused her family to purchase twelve gallons of milk for $2.79 per gallon a week, up from $1.99 previously.

She said that they would have paid $150-$200 on groceries back in March in comparison to the approximate $310 they currently spend.

The New York Times mocked the Stotlers for the large sums of milk via Twitter, then later deleted the post.

“Sorry, I can’t do today’s crossword. I’m too busy carrying my 12 gallons of milk home,” the NYTimes Wordplay posted.

MSNBC HOST, GUEST LEVEL RACIST ATTACKS ON WINSOME SEARS… ‘A Black Mouth Moving’ That ‘Justifies and Legitimates’ White Supremacy: MSNBC Guest Says Winsome Sears Win Doesn’t Make GOP Racially Progressive (VIDEO)

“What Republicans are now doing is they basically demand credit any time any of them ever voted for anybody Black or if there’s a Black guy on the Supreme Court that’s conservative,” said [Joy] Reid. “Any Black conservative is supposedly or the Black president having ever been elected, right? The fact that he was elected, period, means there’s no racism.”

She continued, “The two choices voters had in Virginia were a Black woman who shares my daughter’s name and Jamaican heritage, and an Afro-Latina who is part Lebanese. So you had a choice of two Brown/Black people and you picked one of them. Do you get credit? Do you get special credit? It’s like I had ice cream or cake adds two options, but I want credit for lowering my calorie count because I picked ice cream. You had two choices and they were both Black!”

[Michael] Dyson agreed with Reid’s assessment:

They want credit for having hair in the morning or getting up and brushing their teeth. ‘Look, I’ve made an achievement that should be noteworthy.’ No. You are doing what all political figures what must do: make choices. The problem is here they want — they want White supremacy by ventriloquist effect. There is a Black mouth moving but a White idea through the — running on the runway of the tongue of a figure who justifies and legitimates the White supremacist practices. We know that we can internalize in our own minds, in our own subconscious, in our own bodies the very principles that are undoing us. So to have a Black face speaking in behalf of a White supremacist legacy is nothing new. And it is to the chagrin of those of us who study race that the White folk on the other side and the right wingers the other side don’t understand.

He added, “If you tell Black people, ‘Look, I support a Negro. Look! There is a person of color that I am in favor of,’ and that person of color happens to undermine and undercut and subvert the very principles about which we are concerned, you do yourself no service by pointing to them as an example of your racial progressivism.”

Michael Eric Dyson: White Parents Shouldn’t Have A Say In The Classroom Because White People Were ‘Participants’ In ‘Oppression’ (VIDEO)

Dr. Michael Eric Dyson, a Reverend and professor at Vanderbilt University, told the co-hosts of “The View” that he believes white parents should not condemn Critical Race Theory-inspired lessons because white people “have been participants in a particular problem of oppression.”

During a promotional interview for his latest book “Entertaining Race,” Dyson said that Republicans have neatly “package[d] up” CRT into a boogeyman for parents. The Reverend argued that CRT — in its original form of collegiate level studies — is far less menacing than parents believe it is.

“Critical race theory is trying to find out the conditions that we need to be rescued from as human beings,” Dyson said. “It’s [used] to look at not individuals but institutions.” […]

When asked about race-based teachings, including segregating kids by race or asking them to identify their privilege, Dyson argued that white people should not be telling people how to relieve racism in the classroom because they were once participants in oppression.

“You can’t just ask white brothers and sisters who have been participants in a particular problem of oppression how to relieve it,” Dyson said. “White comfort cannot be the predicate for making sure that race is a strategy that shouldn’t be used.”

Microsoft Draws Jeers For ‘Utterly Bananas’ Introductions Highlighting Pronouns, Race And Hairstyles (VIDEOS)

Microsoft was ridiculed on social media Thursday for including land acknowledgments, pronoun statements and references to hairstyles in its corporate introductions.

While giving presentations during the Microsoft Ignite 2021 conference on Tuesday, Microsoft employees recognized that the land they were currently standing on previously belonged to Native American tribes.

Another video shows two employees, Nic Fillingham and Natalia Godyla, introducing themselves by stating their pronouns, race and hairstyle.

“I’m Nic Fillingham, I’m a Caucasian man with glasses and a beard, I go by he/him, and I’m a security evangelist here at Microsoft,” Fillingham says in the video.

‘100 Percent False’: Dave Portnoy Denies Sexual Misconduct Allegations, Admits He’s ‘Scared’ Of Cancel Culture (VIDEO)

Barstool Sports president Dave Portnoy responded on Thursday to an Insider report about allegations of sexual misconduct made against him.

The Insider report details an alleged time between Portnoy and a 20-year-old woman who said she felt like she was treated as a “human sex doll,” and that their sex was so allegedly “rough” it felt like she “was being raped.” According to the report, at one point she was allegedly “screaming in pain.”

However, Portnoy denied the allegations in the report, saying they were “100 percent false” and that the hookup was “100 percent consensual,” in video clips posted Thursday.

Portnoy explained in a two-minute-long clip that he and the woman “didn’t get along. We saw the world very differently.” He emphasized that they hooked up the first time and it was “100 percent consensual.” He said they did not “hook up a second” time because they “did not like each other.”

“It’s is 100 percent false,” he said. “There’s not an ounce of credibility to it. If this woman, the reporter, wants to print and talk to all the girls I’ve actually hooked up with and known, you’re going to see just one after another, ‘great guy, respectful,’ yes, may like kinky sex. Yes, may send sex messages things like that, both ways. Take anything like that out of the bedroom and put it out of context, yeah, it looks f**king weird.” […]

He admitted people will believe what they want to believe and said “it sucks to be attacked like this.” He also said he has “a target on [his] back” and that the experience “is eye-opening.”

“It’s, like, scary. It’s actually f**king scary because people can basically say whatever they want and this is going to be the new narrative: ‘Dave Portnoy’s a rapist,’” Portnoy said. He also issued a warning about cancel culture.

“Cancel culture has been coming for me for decades, this is just the next iteration,” Portnoy explained. “The woke cancel culture wants to cancel me … I’m scared now.”
