Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson is reportedly open to being traded.

Trade talks surrounding the future Hall of Fame member dominated the news during the 2021 offseason, and they’re officially back! (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

According to Jordan Schultz, Wilson is open to waiving his no-trade clause for the Broncos, Giant and Saints.

With the Seahawks currently struggling and sitting at 4-8, it’s very easy to see the team deciding to make a move.

As Schultz pointed out, it would be wild to see Wilson on the Saints. Imagine him leading that offense with Sean Payton as his head coach.

The Saints already have a solid offense, but Wilson would take them to a totally different level. The Saints are loaded with weapons, which is something the former Wisconsin star has really never had.

Of course, there’s still a chance the Seahawks decide to stick with Wilson. Do I think that happens? I have no idea.

It seems like Wilson’s best days in Seattle are long behind him and a divorce might benefit both sides. If the Seahawks can get a bunch of picks, I could easily see him being moved to one of his preferred destinations.

We’ll see how it all shakes out, but there might be big changes on the horizon in Seattle.
