The Baltimore Ravens dropped an incredible video Monday of John Harbaugh during the loss to Green Bay.

The Ravens lost 31-30 Sunday to the Packers, and Baltimore decided to attempt a two-point conversion at the end to win it in regulation instead of playing for overtime. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

Ultimately, the Packers came up with a monster stop and it earned them a win.

Despite not winning the game, the video of Harbaugh pulling the trigger on the two-point attempt is great. He consulted with his coaches and players, put his complete faith in the guys on his squad and rolled the dice.

Check out what happened moments before the gutsy call.

Even though the Ravens didn’t get the win, this video is proof that Harbaugh is truly a football man. He looked at the situation, judged what was in front of him and rolled the dice with his offense.

I’m guessing he figured his defense against Aaron Rodgers in overtime was a bad recipe. He put his trust in his offense and it simply didn’t pay off.

The fact the Ravens didn’t win certainly doesn’t offset the fact it was one hell of a gutsy call and his leadership was awesome.

You can tell his players love playing for him and that he trusts his guys. As a football fan, that’s what you love to see.
