The remains of an infant were found at an Arizona restaurant Sunday with surveillance footage showing a woman walking out of the restaurant.

Police responded to a call about a newborn boy found in the bathroom of a McDonald’s restaurant located near 33rd Avenue and Indian School Road. They arrived on the scene to find the boy and attempted life-saving efforts, but the baby was pronounced dead on the scene, ABC 15 Arizona reported.

As seen in the restaurant’s surveillance footage, an adult woman was reportedly seen walking out of the bathroom prior to the child being discovered, according to ABC 15. (RELATED: Authorities Charge Woman For Allegedly Killing Baby Moments After She Gave Birth Alone)

The woman was wearing a Kalvin Clein shirt, black pants and sandals as she walked out of the restaurant. The autopsy results of the child are pending, according to AZfamily.

No one has been taken into custody yet, but Phoenix Police Sgt. Philip Krynsky said that investigators are working to find the unidentified woman who was seen in the surveillance footage. Police are also asking that anyone who may have been at the restaurant at the time of the incident or have any information to reach out to Silent Witness, according to the outlet.
