Pamela Anderson has taken on the role of Roxie Hart in the Broadway hit “Chicago” and her April 12 debut has fans singing her praises.

This is a huge leap for the 54-year-old actress, especially after a long hiatus from the public eye, and it has proven to be a very successful transition, according to the New York Post‘s Johnny Oleksinski and other reports.

“The actress and ‘Baywatch’ babe moves confidently, carries a tune and, you know, all that jazz,” Oleksinski wrote.

It appears that Anderson’s audience is also feeling all the feels, with audience members raving about her performance. One said, “she just looked like she was having a great time at the end of the show,” while another said, she “looked flawless,” according to People.

Another audience member reportedly declared that “the audience went insane,” according to People.

Anderson is thoroughly enjoying the experience of performing on a live stage.

She has garnered “rave reviews for her performance, and couldn’t wipe the smile from her face as she accepted a beautiful bouquet of roses during the curtain call,” according to Hello Magazine.

“I’m like a sponge. I’m just soaking it all in. Every single experience has been just wild. I mean, it’s wild to even be here. I have to pinch myself sometimes because it seems so surreal,” Anderson said to People. (RELATED: Pamela Anderson Says, ‘Goodbye Social Media’)
