Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker thrilled fans with their third wedding ceremony Sunday in Italy, and Kardashian’s dress and epic veil are garnering worldwide attention.
Kardashian’s wedding was reportedly sponsored by the luxury fashion house Dolce & Gabbana, according to Daily Mail. Her stunning white dress oozed dramatic accents while still reflecting many elements of classic wedding fashion. Kardashian’s veil can only be described as one of the longest, most dramatic, visually stunning veils that the fashion world has ever seen.
The veil contained a massive hand-embroidered image of the Virgin Mary, seemingly inspired by a tattoo Barker has on his head, Page Six reported. The masterpiece perfectly complimented her stunning, edgy, Dolce & Gabbana mini-dress.

Kardashian clearly knows the world is watching her every move, and she put on a fashionable show. Her cathedral-length lace veil required not one, but two attendants to carefully hold it as Kardashian walked down the aisle, Page Six reported.
Even with two attendants with both hands on the veil, it was obvious that this fashion masterpiece was a challenge to manage. As she stood at the altar, the enormity of Kardashian’s veil was spread out behind her, perfectly juxtaposing the mini-dress and her bare legs.
Her wedding ceremony was reportedly held at the L’Olivetta villa, a luxury property in Portofino owned, of course, by Dolce & Gabbana, and those that could tear their eyes away from her dress and veil long enough saw that Barker was also sporting Dolce & Gabbana attire. Stunning photos posted to Kardashian’s Instagram page reveal the bride’s low cut Alta Moda mini-dress was made of satin and lace. She paired it with simple heels, allowing the dramatic veil to maintain the spotlight. The dress was inspired by vintage Italian lingerie, according to Vogue.
Kardashian completed her outfit by wearing long, sheer gloves, opting against wearing significant jewelry and allowing her fashion pieces to do all the talking.
“Designing my dresses with Domenico [Dolce] and Stefano [Gabbana] has been a dream come true in every way,” Kardashian said to Vogue.
The happy couple first had a wedding ceremony April 4 at a chapel in Las Vegas but did so without a marriage license, according to People magazine. Ahead of their Italian wedding celebration, Kardashian and Barker got legally married May 15 in Santa Barbara, according to Entertainment Weekly.
