Miami Dolphins receiver Tyreek Hill recently made an absurd comment about Patrick Mahomes and Tua Tagovailoa.

The star receiver was shipped out of Kansas City to the Dolphins this past offseason, and many have wondered how he’ll do going from Patrick Mahomes slinging passes to him to Tua, who has struggled at times. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

Well, he thinks Tua’s better than Mahomes in at least one part of his game.

“Obviously, like I’m gonna go with 15 (Mahomes) as the strongest arm, but as far as accuracy-wise, I’m going with Tua all day,” Hill explained on a recent episode of his podcast, according to CBS Sports.

He further added, “Bro, he has a heck of an arm, bro. He’s accurate. He can throw the deep ball, and he actually goes through his reads, where people are like on Twitter like saying, ‘Oh, he doesn’t go through his reads.’ Man, this dude is that dude.”

This is an absolutely unhinged comment from Hill. He’s a more accurate passer than Patrick Mahomes? What the hell is Hill talking about?

Tua, who I like and think has some serious potential, is not anywhere near the QB Mahomes is in any facet of his game. That’s just the reality of the situation.

Mahomes is more athletic, has a much stronger arm and is absolutely more accurate. Of course, Hill is simply trying to hype up his new QB, but we all know that doesn’t mean he’s necessarily telling the truth.

If you had to complete a 15 yard pass to win a game, nobody with a functioning brain would pick Tua over Mahomes. Not a single one, minus Hill, apparently.

Again, I like Tua, but these comments from Hill are laughably wrong.
