Multiple NFL teams are expected to have interest in Sean Payton.

The former New Orleans Saints head coach stepped away from the franchise after this past season, and nobody really thinks he’s done coaching for good. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

Well, the idea that a return is imminent was only strengthened after a new Miami Herald report indicated the Dolphins, Cowboys and Chargers could be interested in the Super Bowl champion. It’s worth noting Miami reportedly attempted to pursue Payton this past offseason.

To put it simply, there’s no question Payton will have a new home in the NFL if he wants one. There’s always a premium on great coaches in the NFL.

That’s just a fact. There are a handful of really elite coaches, there are some good coaches and then there’s everyone else. Payton is hands down in the group of elite leaders.

Guys like him don’t just ride off into the sunset when there’s still gas left in the tank.

The Saints weren’t in a great position and Payton decided to leave. I’ll let you all debate what his motives truly were, but I think we can all agree he won’t be gone for long.

Which of the three would be best for him? The Cowboys are the best overall brand, but the Chargers have Justin Herbert. There are no bad options!
