An Orange Line train in Boston caught fire Thursday morning as it passed over the Mystic River, prompting passengers to make a quick escape, according to Boston 25 News.
The train reportedly caught fire at around 6:45 a.m., a Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) spokesperson told Boston 25.

Passengers can be seen climbing through the train windows and jumping out onto the tracks in a video tweeted by Rob Way, a reporter for 7 News Boston. At least one passenger jumped into the Mystic River to escape the flames, according to the MBTA, Way wrote in the tweet.

At least 200 people evacuated the train, according to Boston 25. No injuries were reported, and the woman who jumped into the river declined medical attention, according to a comment from MBTA to Boston 25. (RELATED: Video Captures Insane Aftermath Of Train Derailment)

The Federal Transit Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board are aware of the fire, and authorities are investigating the cause of the fire, Boston 25 reported. The MBTA Track and Power departments are inspecting the infrastructure of the trains.
