Erika Jayne, reality TV star from the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” was served with papers for an alleged $50 million racketeering lawsuit when she arrived home in Los Angeles from her luxurious Hawaii trip Friday.

A woman approached the 51-year-old star in baggage claim at Los Angeles International Airport and delivered two stacks of documents. “I just wanted to give you these documents. This is a summons and complaint to serve you,” the woman said, according to video obtained by Page Six.

The lawsuit was filed by Edelson PC. It accuses Jayne of nine charges that include racketeering, conspiracy to commit racketeering, unlawful business practice and deceit, and a series of other charges, according to Page Six.

Jayne has been accused of working alongside her ex-husband Tom Girardi to convey a high-end financial status.”Tom and Erika routinely misappropriated client settlement money to project an image of wealth and to prop up a lifestyle made for reality TV,” the lawsuit says, according to Page Six.

Jayne and Girardi are both accused of embezzling money that was intended to assist the victims of Lion Air Flight 610, according to Page Six. The lawsuit alleges Jayne has been “acting as the ‘frontwoman’ of the operation, selling to the world (including unsuspecting clients) that Girardi Keese was successful,” according to Page Six. The lawsuit claims that Jayne’s company, EJ Global, “was created for the purpose of funneling money from Girardi Keese to benefit Erika,” according to Page Six.
