Former President Bill Clinton and Dr. Ruth Westheimer were seen having a conversation Monday night at the U.S. Open.

The notable sex therapist whispered in Clinton’s ear as the two were seated next to each other in Arthur Ashe Stadium to watch the match between Serena Williams and Montenegrin tennis player Danka Kovinic. ESPN broadcasters John McEnroe, Chris Fowler and Chrissie Evert could not help but notice the conversation.

“Who knows what they’re talking about,” McEnroe said. “Interesting seat mates here.”

“Look at these two, they’re really getting involved in some sort of — oh, she’s giving him advice,” Evert said.

Westheimer touched Clinton’s left cheek as their conversation continued, and McEnroe claimed the former president’s face began turning red. (RELATED: Norm MacDonald Keeps Saying Bill Clinton Is A Murderer On ‘The View’)

“Why is his face getting redder?” he asked, followed by laughter from the broadcasters.

“Love those two together,” Evert said.

A handful of prominent political figures and celebrities attended the tournament, including Democratic New York City Mayor Eric Adams, former boxer Mike Tyson, film director Spike Lee and Vogue magazine editor Anna Wintour, according to Fox News. Actors Matt Damon and Hugh Jackman, plus CBS News anchor Gayle King all sat in Williams’ box, The New York Times reported.

Williams, 40, defeated Kovinic by 6-3 in both rounds, Fox News reported. The tennis player will compete against Estonian player Anett Kontveit on Wednesday.
