Jaden Smith walked out of Kanye West’s show at Paris Fashion Week on Monday after West revealed his “White Lives Matter” shirt.

West was unveiling his SZN9 collection when he took the stage wearing a black shirt with large letters that read “White Lives Matter,” immediately causing a stir in the crowd. Smith initially appeared excited to observe the fashion show, but refused to sit through the rest of it after seeing the messaging on West’s shirt.

After leaving the show, the 24-year-old rapper took to Twitter to share his feelings about West’s provocative new garment and explain his sudden departure. (RELATED:  ‘You’re A Bully’: Gigi Hadid Slams Kanye West For His Tirade Against Fashion Editor)

“I Had To Dip Lol,”  Smith wrote to Twitter.

“I Don’t Care Who’s It Is If I Don’t Feel The Message I’m Out,” Smith wrote in a second tweet, moments later. He then posted the message “True Leaders Lead.”

Smith then returned to Twitter again, this time to write a simple “Black Lives Matter.” Kendall Jenner, Kanye’s former half-sister-in-law, liked all three tweets.

The “likes” began rolling in. At press time, the first tweet had over 20,000 likes, the second more than 45,000 and the third almost a quarter million.

“We Demand A More Progressive Future,” Smith added later, along with “He Does Not Have The Full Support Of The Youth,” presumably referring to Kanye.
