27 DAYS UNTIL MIDTERMS… REPUBLICANS HOLD ’30-POINT ADVANTAGE’ ON JOBS, ECONOMY, INFLATION… MSNBC Polling Guru Breaks Down How Republicans Could Win Big In Midterms (VIDEO)

“When you look at our most recent NBC poll here and ask folks, what is the single most important issue that is going to drive your vote in the midterm elections, a combined 34% cite either jobs, the economy or inflation and you combine those two, that’s the biggest single number you’re going to get and on that question, Republicans have a nearly 30-point advantage over the Democrats.”

WE’RE ALREADY IN THE THROES OF A RECESSION, BUT BIDEN PRETENDS WE’RE NOT THERE YET… FOX: Biden admits ‘slight recession’ could happen but says ‘I don’t anticipate it’

President Biden acknowledged the possibility of what he described as a “slight recession” could occur in the near future.

It was determined back in July that the U.S. suffered back-to-back consecutive quarters of negative GDP growth, which has long been the indicator of a recession. However, both the Biden administration and many members of the media have dismissed that long-standing definition.

During an interview on Tuesday, CNN’s Jake Tapper asked the president, “Should the American people prepare for a recession?”

“No,” Biden initially responded. “Look, they’ve been saying this now-every six months they say this, every six months, they look down at the next six months and see what’s gonna happen. It hadn’t happened yet.”

He then said, “I don’t think there will be a recession. If it is, it will be a slight recession—that is we’ll move down slightly.”

LESS FUEL IS MORE FUEL FOR RED WAVE… Biden’s October Surprise Is Even Higher Gas Prices, Experts Say

Nationwide gasoline prices will surpass $4 per gallon as oil prices spike thanks to rising winter demand and the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries’ (OPEC) heavy production cuts, experts told the Daily Caller News Foundation, endangering Democrats’ midterm hopes.

Gas prices across the country have been rising for nearly three weeks and may go up even further after OPEC and its Russia-led allies, together known as OPEC+, cut daily production by over two million barrels of crude oil on Oct. 5, causing crude oil prices to increase, experts told the DCNF. The nationwide average gas price sits at $3.92, which is 14 cents higher than the gas price on Sept. 29, according to AAA data. […]

The price hikes throw a wrench in Democrats’ midterm plans; the White House is desperate to keep gas prices low as it believes that prices at the pump heavily influence voters’ perception of the economy, Politico reported in May. At the same time, the Biden administration is attempting to blame oil companies for “price gouging” as price hikes at the pump may hurt the Democrats’ odds in the November midterm elections.

BIDEN PLEADED WITH SAUDIS NOT TO HURT AMERICANS UNTIL AFTER THE ELECTION… Biden Admin Begged Saudis To Delay Oil Production Cuts Until Days Before The Election: REPORT

Biden administration officials urged Saudi Arabia to delay production cuts until a few days before the midterm elections, meaning that Americans would not have felt the impact of reduced supplies before casting their ballots, The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday.

The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and its Russia-led allies, which are collectively known as OPEC+, cut crude oil production on Oct. 5 by 2 million barrels per day to reduce global supply and raise prices. Before the cut was announced, the Biden administration begged Saudi Arabia, a founding member of OPEC, to delay the decision until November, the WSJ reported, citing people familiar with the negotiations.

Saudi Arabia viewed the appeals as a cynical attempt to avoid fallout prior to the November elections and refused to do so, according to the WSJ. The Arab kingdom instead pressured its OPEC allies to vote to slash production following the Biden administration’s attempts to delay the cuts.

LEGENDARY DEM STRATEGIST: DEMS CAN’T JUST ‘YELL ABORTION EVERY OTHER WORD’ … AP: Nevada Senate race tests potency of abortion focus for Dems

Veteran Democratic strategist James Carville fears his party’s hyper-focus on abortion isn’t working.

“A lot of these consultants think if all we do is run abortion spots that will win for us. I don’t think so,” said Carville, a vocal Cortez Masto ally who has sent dozens of fundraising emails on her behalf. “It’s a good issue. But if you just sit there and they’re pummeling you on crime and pummeling you on the cost of living, you’ve got to be more aggressive than just yelling abortion every other word.”

FETTERMAN NEEDS COMPUTER TO TRANSCRIBE QUESTIONS FROM REPORTER IN THE SAME ROOM… NBC News Correspondent Admits John Fetterman ‘Had A Hard time Understanding’ Conversation (VIDEO)

NBC News correspondent Dasha Burns told MSNBC Tuesday that Democratic Pennsylvania Senate candidate John Fetterman had difficulty understanding her questions during an interview.

Burns said the production team had to set up a monitor in order for Fetterman to read her questions during an NBC News exclusive interview. Fetterman’s struggles with auditory processing issues and slurred speech resulting from a stroke he suffered in May.

“He still has lingering auditory processing issues as a result of the stroke, which means he has a hard time understanding what he’s hearing,” she said. “Now once he reads the question, he’s able to understand … He also still has some problems, some challenges with speech and I’ll say, Katy, that some of the small talk prior to the interview before the closed captioning was up and running, it did seem that he had a hard time understanding our conversations.”

ARIZONA DEM CANDIDATE FOR GOVERNOR SPILLS HER SODA WHILE TRYING TO FLEE PROJECT VERITAS REPORTER… POST MILLENNIAL: BREAKING: Katie Hobbs, who won’t debate Kari Lake, says ‘I don’t want to talk politics to anyone I don’t know’ (VIDEO)

Arizona Democratic gubernatorial candidate Katie Hobbs said that she does not “want to talk politics to anyone” she doesn’t know, new footage released by Project Veritas shows.

The video, released on Tuesday, shows how staffers for Hobbs’ campaign are attempting to conceal her position on firearms, and that they are trying to protect their candidate from taking to the debate stage against Republican opponent Kari Lake because Democrats will vote for their candidate either way.

Hobbs Campaign’s Head Political Consultant Joe Wolf told the undercover Veritas journalist that it was not worth the political risk for Hobbs to discuss her position on guns.

The Veritas journalist asks, “Would Katie [Hobbs] support something like an assault weapons ban?” to which Wolf says, “If she could, yeah. I mean, the problem is that it’s a federal issue, right?” He later says, “This state is crazy about their guns, so we’re not gonna take the beating for it before she can do anything about it.”

Wolf was later heard in a car saying Hobbs is protected by an AR-15 between campaign stops.

MORE PROOF THE FBI KNEW BETTER THAN TO TREAT THE INFAMOUS ‘STEELE DOSSIER’ AS FACT … FBI Offered To Pay Christopher Steele $1 Million For Proof Corroborating Dossier Claims, FBI Analyst Says

The FBI offered in October 2016 to pay ex-British spy Christopher Steele $1 million for proof that could corroborate claims made in his dossier about then-candidate Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign, FBI supervisory analyst Brian Auten testified Tuesday, according to CNN.

Steele failed to “prove the allegations,” never receiving the $1 million, and would not even divulge source names at the meeting, Auten said in testimony, the outlet reported. The potential payment was revealed during the criminal trial of Igor Danchenko, a Russian analyst and primary source behind information in the dossier.

The dossier was a key source behind the FBI’s investigation into the Trump campaign for allegedly engaging in a 2016 election inference conspiracy with Russia. It was also a major foundation for Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant applications the FBI directed at former Trump campaign aide Carter Page.

‘THEY WILL DO ALL THEY CAN TO DESTROY YOU’ … ‘The Party That Is Against Freedom’: Tulsi Gabbard Tells Tucker Carlson Why She Left Democratic Party (VIDEO)

Former Democratic Rep. Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii told Fox News host Tucker Carlson on Tuesday evening why she left the Democratic Party, saying it is “controlled by fanatical ideologues.”

“I love our country and I took an oath as a service member, as a soldier, as well as a member of Congress to support and defend the Constitution. That’s an oath I take extremely seriously,” Gabbard, who serves in the National Guard, told Carlson. “When you look at this party, today’s Democratic Party, it’s controlled by fanatical ideologues who hate freedom. They despise the Constitution. They actively find ways to undermine our God-given rights enshrined in the Constitution like freedom of speech.”

MUSLIM-AMERICANS PROTEST PORNOGRAPHY IN SCHOOLS… Muslim Community Revolts Against ‘Sexually Explicit’ Books In Schools, Shuts Down Board Meeting

A Michigan school board suspended its Monday night meeting after members of the Muslim community called for the removal of sexually explicit books from the school district.

Dearborn School Board in Dearborn, Michigan, will resume its meeting Thursday after members of the local Muslim community attended the meeting to protest sexually explicit books in the school libraries that are currently under review. Meeting attendees also pushed back against the board’s book review policy implemented on Oct. 5 which requires parents to state why they are concerned about a book in the library before it is reviewed by media specialists.

Protestors chanted “vote them out” and held up signs reading “Homosexuality Big Sin” and “Keep Your Dirty Books In The Closet” before the board determined the full meeting room was a fire hazard and decided to suspend the meeting before the public comment period, according to a video of the event posted by the school district. The school is currently reviewing six books in its school library including, “This Book Is Gay,” a book that gives the “ins and outs of gay sex,” and “All Boys Aren’t Blue,” a descriptive memoir of a queer, black boy.

“You see this frustration growing all across the country and in Dearborn we’re not tied to the left or the right on this issue,” Hassan Chami, a a Muslim parent of a Dearborn student, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “We believe that education should be impartial. The media is trying to change the narrative that this is about LGBT. It is not. Whether this is a homosexual book or heterosexual book, sexually explicit material is immoral and does not belong in schools.”

WHAT’S THE EFFECT OF ALL THIS SEXUALIZED PROPAGANDA? WELL…. Montgomery County Schools Saw 582% Increase In Reported Gender Nonconforming Students Over Two Years, Data Shows

Maryland’s largest public school district saw a 582% increase the number of students identifying as gender nonconforming in just two years, according to internal data posted to an educator’s Twitter page.

Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) gathered this data from forms school counselors fill out when students approach them to talk about gender identity issues. Because the numbers rely on self-reporting, the near-sevenfold increase from 2019 to 2022 could indicate a massive increase in the number of gender-diverse students, an environment that encourages those students to be more open with counselors or both.

The data — which is not publicly available to parents or taxpayers — was posted to Twitter on Oct. 6 when educator Elicia Eberhart-Bliss shared an image of a slide show presented at a meeting of the district’s “Pride ALLiance.”

During the 2019-2020 school year, a total of 35 students reported gender nonconformity to a counselor, including four elementary students, 19 middle school students and 12 high schoolers. During the 2021-2022 school year the total number of students reporting gender nonconformity spiked to 239, including 18 elementary students, 129 middle schoolers and 92 high schoolers.

THINK YOUR KID WAS BORN IN THE RIGHT BODY? YOU MAY NEED TO BE ‘LOOKED INTO’… Rep. Spanberger Surrogate Says Parents Who Don’t Affirm Their Child’s Gender Identity Should Be ‘Looked Into’ (VIDEO)

In a video recorded on Oct. 4, Boddye says authorities should look into taking children from parents who do not affirm their child’s gender identity.

A questioner asked Boddye, “Recently announced by the group [Pride Liberation Project] was that they were establishing, forgive me for one moment, it was the, affirming households is what they were establishing. That adults could take in kids that feel like that they’re not being affirmed at home so that they can come live and reside with that adult. What are your thoughts on that policy?”

“I think that’s something that would have to be very carefully looked at. Because while it’s one thing if it’s a family friend, or you know, a family member or something like that, that knows the household knows there’s issues there, that’s known to the kids themselves and the parents, that’s one thing. But if you’re talking to someone who’s out, an outsider, someone who’s not a known entity to that, to that, that individual or that child or that family, I think you need to be careful with that. Obviously, we have other systems in place for other types of care for children, you know, foster care, you have adoption programs, you have temporary situations with kinship care, and things like that. So I would like to see if there’s going to be a policy like that a lot of the guardrails put in place with like, with those programs, so that if it is deemed like, hey, this is a safe environment for this child, that person has passed a background check and everything else to know that they’re safe and their home has been checked [unintelligible], that’s one thing, but we wouldn’t need those kind of guardrails in place, before I would support something like that,” Boddye responded.

“Okay, and one more question,” the questioner added. “If I can, do you think that a child not being affirmed and having their gender identity affirmed in the household, is it warranted to have that child removed from that household?”

“That’s a good question. And I think that there’s a gradient there. It’s obviously best when parents are affirming their kids. That’s what I believe in. I affirm my kids every single day. But there’s a big gradient between affirming your kids, not affirming your kids and being downright abusive and unwelcoming and intolerant and deadnaming your kid and what have you. I think that, like in any situation, there needs to be due diligence of what’s going on in the home. I would love it if every parent affirmed their kid, but I think there’s a difference between affirming their kid, and neglect and abuse. If neglect and abuse and you know, emotional abuse is happening as a result of that lack of affirming, then there’s a situation that I think really needs to be looked into,” Boddye responded.

AN UPDATE ON THE REDSKINS’ QB SAGA… Washington Commanders Head Coach Ron Rivera Apologizes To QB Carson Wentz

A reporter asked, “Why are the other NFC East teams ahead of you?”

“Quarterback,” Rivera responded.

Rivera later apologized for publicly bashing and placing the weight of the team’s failures this season onto the quarterback’s shoulders.

Rivera seemingly made amends with Wentz after the low blow comment saying, “Carson and I had a nice conversation, so I think we’re ready to roll,” according to ESPN. He also apologized to the rest of the team saying, “I told them I said some things that were misconstrued; I didn’t present them properly. That’s on me.”

“I took accountability, told the guys I should know better. S—, I had a bad day so I figured I was feeling better today, let’s move forward,” Rivera added, according to ESPN.
