Famous singer and actress Mandy Moore gave birth to her second child with husband Taylor Goldsmith on Friday.
The 38-year-old named her brand new baby boy Oscar Bennett Goldsmith, or Ozzie, and proudly shared a series of black and white images of him on Instagram.
“Ozzie is here! Oscar Bennett Goldsmith arrived a little late but with much aplomb (and an easier/speedier delivery than his big brother, much to the delight of his parents),” Moore wrote in the caption of the post. “Every adage is true: our hearts have doubled in size and the immediacy of the love is astounding,” she added.

The images showed a doting Moore and Goldsmith, and both were all smiles and clearly smitten with their new bundle of joy. Their joy was captured with the loving words shared to social media for Moore’s 5.4 million followers to enjoy.
“He is beyond words and we are so grateful for our family of four! 💓💓💓💓,” Moore wrote.
Moore excitedly shared pregnancy updates along the way, and took time to thank her friends for the baby shower they threw before Ozzie was born.

She tagged the three friends that made the celebration special and recognized their efforts in throwing her the party.
“You ladies are one in a million and I’m still so touched by everything it took to put such a remarkable evening together,” Moore added.
Moore welcomed baby number one, a son named Gus, into the world amid the pandemic in February 2021, according to ENews. However, she wasn’t able to celebrate with loved ones as a result of COVID-19 restrictions. She addressed the significance of her baby shower for Ozzie, saying “it was especially significant to be surrounded by some of my very favorite folks to toast this next chapter.”
