Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s wife was asked to recreate the sound of the orgasm Tuesday during her testimony against Harvey Weinstein.

Jennifer Siebel Newsom previously alleged during the trial that Weinstein forced her to fake an orgasm while he violated her. Weinstein’s defense attorney asked Newsom on Tuesday to recreate that moment in the courtroom, according to TMZ.

“This is not ‘When Harry Met Sally.’ I’m not doing that,” Newsom replied, referencing a scene in the movie when Meg Ryan’s character faked a loud orgasm in public. “I was making noises to get him to finish. He had already raped me.”

Newsom was visibly upset and taken aback by the request, according to TMZ. “This is so gross. I’m sorry,” she said, as she refused to make the orgasm sound.

The former actress accused Weinstein of raping her in the Peninsula hotel in Beverly Hills in 2005. She testified that she arrived to Weinstein’s hotel room under the impression she was attending a meeting, but Weinstein quickly changed out of his suit and into a robe after masturbating in front of her, according to TMZ. She claims Weinstein threatened her and penetrated her with his finger before raping her, according to TMZ. (RELATED: Woman Alleges Harvey Weinstein Masturbated On Her Breasts In A Forced Encounter)

Newsom is the fourth woman to testify at the trial against Weinstein. She told the court Weinstein had a “deformed penis and described it as being “kind of fish-like, the penis — something was distorted in the testicles … Lots of skin, lots of skin down there,” she said, according to TMZ.

Weinstein is currently serving a 23-year sentence after being convicted of rape in New York. He has maintained his innocence and entered a not-guilty plea after facing 11 counts of rape and sexual assault charges in California in a case that involves five women.
