Police arrested a police officer in Orlando, Florida, for allegedly crashing into another vehicle while drunk Tuesday.

Sara Muni, an officer with the Apopka Police Department, was pulled over by Orlando Police after a collision with another driver, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

Muni allegedly told the driver, John Caldwell, that they were going to “go at it” following the crash, the outlet reported. Caldwell said he tried to get out of the car, but Muni reportedly stopped him.

Muni also reportedly reached into her waistband when she confronted Caldwell, the Orlando Sentinel noted. Caldwell reportedly asked her if she had a weapon and she told him that she did not. Muni claimed he crashed into her.

After her arrest, Muni reportedly refused to participate in DUI testing, according to the outlet. She has been charged with a first-degree misdemeanor of driving under the influence, battery, false imprisonment, and burglary of an occupied conveyance.
