Former stars of MTV’s “The Hills,” Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, welcomed their second child on Thursday.
The baby boy started making his way into the world on Wednesday, according to sources close to the couple who spoke to TMZ. After hanging out at a local-area Los Angeles hospital for several hours, the couple decided to go home to wait out Montag’s labor.

Both parents went back to the delivery room on Thursday, where Montag gave birth to a healthy 7lbs and 9oz baby at 11:31 a.m., TMZ reported. Sources say it was an easy birth, lasting roughly 45 minutes. Montag shared an Instagram reel with her million followers of herself in labor roughly 9 hours before posting an update that the baby boy was with them.
Montag even posted a TikTok of her getting her makeup done professionally in the hospital as her husband appeared to be filming something on his own phone. A third party is also in the video, capturing what appears to be a professional photographer snapping pictures of the couple throughout the process.

The couple’s first son, Gunner, was born in 2017, TMZ noted. The new baby boy is reportedly named Ryker Pratt, according to Entertainment Tonight.
