Quarterback Mac Jones of the New England Patriots was visibly upset with the offensive play-calling in Thursday’s 24-10 loss to the Buffalo Bills.

Jones’ frustration with New England’s atrocious offense boiled over as he was caught on camera saying, “Throw the fucking ball! Fucking quick game sucks!”

The Patriots only put up 242 total yards of offense and appeared to struggle moving the ball down the field, while Buffalo did it with ease for the entire game, according to ESPN.

It’s hard to believe the 6-6 Patriots have much of a chance at contending for a playoff spot or a championship this season with offensive coordinator Matt Patricia calling the shots. New England has put on below-average offensive performances every game, and it’s getting hard to watch. In fact, the only time New England scored a touchdown Thursday was when they inserted cornerback Marcus Jones into the game as a wide receiver.

Marcus Jones caught a simple screen pass and took it 50 yards for the score in what appeared to be a trick play, considering he hasn’t played on offense all season long. It goes to show how the New England offense needs unconventional play calls just to get yardage. (RELATED: Eighth Grader Trent Seaborn Leads Thompson High School To Alabama 7A State Championship)

The Patriots will continue to struggle offensively until Patricia is fired. It’s obvious Patricia was better at orchestrating the New England defense than he is at running the offense. I can’t imagine New England will hold onto Patricia for much longer, considering how Mac Jones has taken a step backwards in his progression this season.
