Twitter CEO Elon Musk called out Democratic San Francisco Mayor London Breed on Tuesday for the city’s decision to investigate the company’s headquarters.

Musk was responding to a local journalist who broke news about San Francisco building inspectors launching an investigation into Twitter’s headquarters. The investigation concerns “reports Twitter has converted several office rooms at its headquarters into sleeping quarters for employees,” according to local NPR affiliate KQED.

“So city of SF attacks companies providing beds for tired employees instead of making sure kids are safe from fentanyl. Where are your priorities @LondonBreed!?” Musk tweeted in the thread. He also shared a report by the San Francisco Chronicle about a 10-month old baby who accidentally overdosed on Fentanyl in a city playground.(RELATED: Black Conservative Group Requests Meeting With Elon Musk To Support ‘Twitter’s Move Toward Free Speech)

Twitter recently converted several conference rooms into bedrooms reminiscent of hotel rooms, Forbes reported Monday. The bedrooms hold a queen-sized bed, wooden beside stable and bright orange carpeting, according to the outlet. A separate Platformer report said the company library has also been converted to a sleeping area.

“Our Department of Building Inspection is required to investigate complaints when they are filed and determine if they are any violations that have occurred. It’s a basic government responsibility,” a spokesperson for the Mayor’s office told the Daily Caller.

“Does the Mayor have a comment? Not at the moment. She’s focused on running the city, which includes delivering basic city services, like ensuring departments are responding to official complaints, and confronting our very real challenges, like addressing the crisis caused by deadly fentanyl on our streets,” the spokesperson added.
