Pete Davidson made an epic return to Instagram by temporarily joining forces with Eli Manning and forming a shared account with the NFL icon Wednesday night.

The “Saturday Night Live” alum and the former NFL star debuted the new account by posting an Instagram video demonstrating just how much fun they were about to bring to social media. “Hello Instagram,” Davidson said while lying on a bed with a Giants-themed comforter. “I have decided to come back, but only with the GOAT,” Davidson said.

“What’s up? Your bed is so comfortable,” Manning said to Davidson.

“Aw, thanks man,” Davidson replied, without taking his eyes off the camera. “We’re gonna have a good time on my bed,” he joked.

“Stay tuned for more photos on the ‘gram!” Davidson said. (RELATED: Taylor Swift To Make Directorial Debut In Upcoming Film)

The best buds also shared some videos with fans, according to TMZ. Davidson proudly showed off his tattoo of an NFL helmet, and Manning weighed in with his approval. “Confirmed … Pete’s a Giants fan,” he wrote in the caption.

The pair reportedly only followed one other account — the New York Giants.

Fans flooded the comments section with enthusiastic support of this new joint venture, but apparently it wasn’t meant to last. The Instagram account proved to be nothing more than a tease, as it appears to have already been taken down.
