Tina and Ike Turner’s son Ronnie reportedly died at the age of 62 on Thursday morning after having difficulty breathing.

Law enforcement received a 9-1-1 call from a person who said Ronnie was experiencing difficulty breathing outside their San Fernando Valley home, according to TMZ. A few minutes later, Ronnie wasn’t able to breathe at all, the outlet reported. Paramedics reportedly rushed to the scene to find bystanders performing CPR, but despite their efforts, Ronnie was pronounced dead.

The circumstances leading to Ronnie’s inability to breathe properly remain unclear, and an autopsy will be performed to establish his exact cause of death, TMZ reported. Ronnie has publicly battled a number of health issues in recent years, including a cancer diagnosis, according to Page Six.
