Searchlight Pictures announced Friday that Taylor Swift will be making her directorial debut with the studio.
The award-winning singer has smashed music records across the globe over the span of her 18 year career in the world of entertainment, and fans will get to see her talents unfold in a new light as she takes on the role of director for an upcoming film. Swift has written an original script, which the studio will be producing for the big screen, according to Variety.
