Say it ain’t so! Mike Leach is too epic to have health problems.

Leach, who is the head coach of the Mississippi State University Bulldogs, was placed into a hospital Dec. 11 after suffering from a health issue.

Leach was taken in an ambulance to the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, which is around two hours from Starkville — the home of Mississippi State. No other information is currently known as of early Monday morning.

“Mississippi State University head football coach Mike Leach had a personal health issue at his home earlier Sunday. That issue led to a decision to transfer Coach Leach to the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson by ambulance,” said MSU in a statement. “That is the extent of information that MSU has available regarding Coach Leach’s condition, and the university will make no other comment at this time other than to say that the thoughts and prayers of the university are with Mike and Sharon and their family.”

For the love of God, nothing can happen to Mike Leach. I do not want to live in a world without that legend in it.

I keep seeing these tweets about how he “needs a miracle” and other posts of the sort, but we still have no idea what exactly is going on with him.

Personally, I refuse to believe that anything bad is happening, not until I see it anyway. (RELATED: ‘Leach Is Glad I Am Leaving’: Mississippi State Player Hits Transfer Portal After Announcing He’s ‘Not Very Tough’)

Let’s just all cross our fingers this is some minor stuff.

A world without Mike Leach is not something that I’m interested in seeing.

How can you not like a man who just wants to talk about gummy bears after getting a 45-6 blowout win?

How can you not like a man who makes a Woodstock reference after landing an upset victory over No. 5 USC?

And not to mention that he’s on our side politically:

A true legend.

Get well, coach.
