Several male subjects allegedly robbed seven people in an hour across Chicago early Monday morning.

No one has been arrested in the seven armed robberies that took place between 3:00 am and 4:00 am in Chicago on Monday, reported Fox32.

The robbery spree began when two male subjects approached the first victim, a 42-year-old man, while he was exiting his vehicle around 3:00 am near the 2600 block of West Rice St. and stole his wallet, according to the report. The man was not injured after complying with demands from one of the suspects, who was holding a handgun.

The second victim, a 20-year-old male, was allegedly robbed at around 3:15 am by three armed men in a four-door sedan, Fox32 reported. The suspects, using firearms, allegedly exited their sedan and stole items from the victim’s car before leaving the scene without harming the 20-year-old male. Shortly after, around 3:18 am, four armed offenders in a silver sedan robbed a 42-year-old man in his car near the 4300 block of N. Leavitt, reported the outlet. The victim wasn’t injured during the robbery, but the Chicago Police Department (CPD) indicated that the four armed suspects allegedly took the man’s phone and wallet before fleeing, according to Fox32.

Three male suspects with handguns later allegedly robbed a man unloading his vehicle neat the 3100 block of W. Leland at approximately 3:45 am, Fox 32 reported. Although the victim complied with demands for his wallet, one of the suspects hit the victim in the face before the three armed men got into their car and left.

Around 3:55 am, three men armed with handguns allegedly robbed a 36-year-old female walking near the 3100 block of W. Grace, according to the report. Chicago police told the outlet that the woman received a laceration to her head after she was hit with an unidentified object by the armed assailants despite giving them her property. The female victim is at a local hospital in good condition.

Finally, around 4:00 am, a female and male victim were near their car in the 2300 block of W. Superior when three armed suspects exited their silver sedan, robbing them of their personal items before fleeing in the same vehicle.

Chicago police are investigating the string of robberies as an increase in armed theft plagues the city.
