Famous actress Margot Robbie discussed a wild orgy scene from her upcoming movie “Babylon” during an “Actors on Actors” discussion with actress Carey Mulligan.
Robbie spoke candidly about the wildly, highly sexualized content fans will be seeing in “Babylon,” and shared some never-before-revealed details about filming the scenes. “It’s pretty much a party-slash-orgy,” Robbie said. “It kind of turns into an orgy,” she continued. Mulligan suggested the portmanteau “porgy” to describe the scene.
Robbie discussed the titillating scenes and expressed shock that she was even permitted push the boundaries of the sexual content as much as she did. “It’s mad! I mean, when I read the script, I was like, ‘This is like “La Dolce Vita” and “Wolf of Wall Street” had a baby — and I love it.’ But I was like, ‘Are we allowed to show that?'”
Robbie described the provocative eroticism to Mulligan.

Robbie described the party scenes and the impressive number of dancers who helped create the energy needed for the wild party scenes.
“To explain, the whole opening sequence is this enormously debauched, crazy, wild party. And there’s lots of people wearing very little or nothing,” Mulligan said.
Babylon will get a wide theatrical release on Dec. 23.
