A 35-year-old tech CEO based in Palo Alto, California, was arrested Monday after allegedly peeping at a woman inside a restroom and seizing her phone soon after, the Mountain View Police Department reported.

Eduardo Moreno became CEO of SeaDrone, which makes drone technology for inspecting ship hulls, in 2015 before completing a Stanford University engineering degree, his LinkedIn profile says. He is accused of sticking his head underneath an occupied stall and looking at a woman in a Panera women’s restroom Monday, after which he allegedly ran out of the restaurant after she screamed, according to the department’s press release.

The woman allegedly chased Moreno down the street and tried to photograph him with her phone, which he grabbed and pushed her to the ground, fleeing.

Moreno reportedly took off his shirt, hopped a fence and went back to the Panera, only for bystanders to tackle him, according to the press release. He was arrested and taken to Santa Clara County Jail for robbery and peeping. (RELATED: ‘Looking Over His Shoulder’: Police Arrest Fugitive Sex Offender, Bring Him Back To US)

SeaDrone is “100% founder-owned” and was started by Stanford engineering graduates, according to its website.

The Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment. The DNCF reached out to SeaDrone for comment.
