What do a fallen A-list actor, country music icon, reality TV heartthrob, and now a professional tennis star have in common? They’ve all had the same girlfriend.

While the real world has never heard of Paige Lorenz, the social media influencer might be the greatest social climber of all time. She’s dated arguably the most eligible bachelors in the modern world, as well as that totally alleged psychopath Armie Hammer.

The term “social climber” is typically reserved for individuals who bounce from social circle to circle, either working or dating/sleeping their way up until they get into positions of either notoriety or wealth. While Lorenze’s motivations might be totally pure, reports of her lifestyle suggest she’s probably the best Instagram influencer-turned-micro celebrity of the 2020s thus far.

Lorenze was first introduced to the public thanks to her relationship with fallen star Armie Hammer, who she claims was incredibly abusive. “He started making rules for me of things I could and couldn’t do, who I could have over, who I couldn’t,” Lorenze told Vanity Fair in 2021. “He told me that I couldn’t have anyone else in my bed. And then I just started to feel really unsafe and really sick to my stomach about things. I was also emotionally dependent on him.”

Been there, sister (not with Hammer, but a different actor). Not long after leaving the abuse of Hammer, Lorenze moved on to my favorite country music singer, Morgan Wallen.

Within days of making their long-term relationship public, Lorenze dumped Wallen as a deluge of cheating allegations swept through her DMs.

But all was not lost. Lorenze was later linked to Tyler Cameron, one of the few people to go through “The Bachelorette” and come out the other side as a full-fledged independent celebrity. He’s also arguably one of the most swoon-inducing humans to have ever walked the Earth.

Lorenze and Cameron had a short-lived fling that ended in her accusing him of “using” her for “a media storm,” according to PageSix. Sure, there were some reports about their relationship, but it was more like a gentle breeze than a storm. Anyway, after years of back-to-back public relationships, Lorenze has moved on from actors, musicians, and reality stars to … wait for it … athletes! Who saw that coming?! EVERYONE!!

Lorenze is dating Tommy Paul, a professional tennis player. Lorenze has been cheering on her latest beau while he plays in the Australian Open, posting about her visit on Instagram. Paul commented on a recent post with a series of emojis, and they’re even sharing YouTube videos together.

While every single one of the social climbing females I befriended during my time in Los Angeles is either single or in their 30s and still dating, let’s hope that Lorenze has finally found a soulmate in Paul. I wish them all the best, and none of the pain of her previous loves.
