Outwardly the Democratic Party comprises voices from marginalized communities promoting inclusiveness and working to undo societal hierarchies to rebuild a more equitable state. Inwardly it’s bleeding one of its largest minority groups to the GOP while the leadership fires political staffers hired to help.
