University of Kentucky swimmer Riley Gaines went on a podcast where she said that transgender swimmer Lia Thomas has a second Instagram account that alluded to sexual fetishes and made graphic references to transgender surgeries.

Lia Thomas’ private Instagram account reportedly liked photos about autogynephilia, which is when a male gets aroused by the thought of himself as a female.
