Surveillance Video Shows Deadly Bus Shooting In Maryland

Montgomery County Police released surveillance footage Thursday of an altercation on a Maryland transit bus that became fatal Feb. 17.

An unknown person allegedly boarded a bus and then killed 19-year-old Justice T’Ziyan Elliott by firing a handgun. At first, the two verbally went back and forth aboard the public transportation vehicle in the Montgomery County, Maryland area of White Oak, according to a report by WMAR 2 News.

Police released the surveillance footage in an effort to track down the unidentified individual who shot the teen dead. (RELATED: Police Investigate After Multiple People Shot, Discovered In Car On Maryland Highway)

The late Elliot was seated in the back of the bus before being shot dead.

As the gunfire rang out, there were several other passengers seated on the bus.

The suspect that pulled the trigger fled the bus following the shooting and continues to remain at large.

The video also shows the suspect sprinting through a nearby neighborhood parking lot.

Detectives are offering a $10,000 reward to anyone who can provide pertinent information or relevant clues to police.
