The Michigan mom whose two sons died from a fentanyl overdose tore into President Joe Biden on Thursday for chuckling after dismissing allegations his administration bore some responsibility for their deaths.

Rebecca Kiesling testified on Tuesday before a House Homeland Security committee about the fentanyl crisis. Kiesling testified how her two sons, Caleb, 20, and Kyler, 18 overdosed in 2020 on fentanyl that came from Mexico. Kiesling blamed Democrats for allowing “drug dealers across our border” and giving migrants protections.

Republican Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene then suggested Biden was partially responsible. (RELATED: Biden Reacts To Marjorie Taylor Greene Calling Him A ‘Liar’)

Biden then spoke about the allegations on Wednesday night, saying “that fentanyl they took came during the last administration,” with a chuckle at the end.

Kiessling responded to Biden on Thursday in an emotional Facebook video.

“This is how you speak about the death of my sons? Because a congresswoman misspoke? You mock the loss of my sons?” Kiessling said. “How dare you. What is the matter with you? Almost every Democrat on the committee offered condolences, they at least had the decency to do that. You can’t even do that? You have to mock my pain?”

Kiessling then acknowledged her sons both died while former President Donald Trump was in office but said that since Biden took office there has been a 22% increase in fentanyl deaths since.

“That represents tens of thousands of US citizens who died under your watch, an increase in tens of thousands. That represents double that number of the parents who are suffering,” she continued. “You’re going to keep laughing? About those who did die under your watch? Do we have to bring them in so you can look them in the eyes and laugh?”

Fentanyl is manufactured in drug labs operated by cartels in Mexico using chemicals made in China, according to the Drug Enforcement Agency. U.S. Customs and Border Protection seized more than 14,000 pounds of fentanyl at the southern border in fiscal year 2022 alone and more than 8,000 pounds of the drug between October 2022 and January 2023.
