Bradley Beal, who is a superstar guard for the Washington Wizards, has been slammed with a police investigation after an alleged confrontation with a fan in Orlando, Florida, after a game, according to police documents obtained by TMZ.

The Wizards took a 122-112 road defeat to the Orlando Magic on March 21, and as Beal and his teammates were walking off the court and heading to the locker room, a man who has not been identified allegedly said to Beal, “You fucked me [out of] $1,300, you fuck!” according to the police report obtained by TMZ.

The report then states that Beal allegedly walked back to the man who lashed out and swatted his right hand at him, which knocked the man’s hat off and he also apparently made contact with the left side of his head, ESPN reported.

When police reviewed the footage of the incident, they heard Beal telling the man that basketball was his job and that he takes it seriously, which then resulted in the man telling Beal that he was sorry and that he didn’t mean to offend him, according to ESPN.

Police reportedly told the man that probable cause exists to charge Beal with “simple battery” and that the state attorney’s office will file charges, TMZ reported. As of Tuesday, no charges have yet been filed. (RELATED: LeBron’s Son Bronny James Pulls Off Flashy Dunk Over His Brother Bryce)

“We are aware of the report and in the process of gathering more information,” NBA spokesman Mike Bass said in a statement, ESPN noted.
